Extermination needed for roaches and mice. Quoted $150 for Roach extermination service and $200 for mice service. 2 free follow-up services on both. I went to location and completed both services. Set up an appointment for 2 weeks for the first follow-up service. The customer is looking to purchase a Condo in Hyde Park and noticed there were mouse droppings during the inspection on the condo. We suggested that the customer treat the issue first and then fill the holes so the mice won’t return. Quoted the service at $150 and 2 free follow-up services.
