Rodent Exterminator

A customer called in with an issue with a mouse running in his son’s room and he needs it removed. The customer insisted that there are no other mice in the home and just wants that one mouse removed. We set up an appointment for the following morning. I was able to locate and remove the mouse from the bedroom and recommended that we treat the home just in case more mice where there. The treatment and 2 more visits would be part of the cost of service anyway. We treated the home with traps and poisons and let the customer know to call if they saw any trace of more mice within the next week.
